Sir,

Most respectfully I beg to lie down that my father has been transferred from here. All of us have decided to go to leave soon. My parents wish that I should accompany them and receive education there. It is very difficult for me to remain all alone. I therefore respectfully approach you to kindly issue me the Transfer Certificate soon.

I realize that I shall have to undergo a lot of inconvenience due to this sudden change, but I wonder if there is any remedy at all except the one specified above. I shall feel highly indebted to you if you very kindly issue me the requisite certificate at your earliest possible convenience.
