Dear Sir

I regret to write to you that you haven’t paid the rent for the last month so far, inspite of my verbally reminding you time and again.

As per the agreement, the rent must be paid upto 7th of the next month. Today is 24th and the rent hasn’t been paid so far.

You may please be informed that if you are unable to pay the rent within next three days, I shall be forced to ask you to vacate the house and take legal action for the recovery of the due amount at your cost and risk.
