It has been observed that you have not been maintaining the prescribed minimum balance of Rs 5,000/- in the current account of your firm. This is to inform you that failing to maintain minimum balance in the current account, entitles the bank to charge a penalty of Rs. 50/- per day and also, the bank has the right to close the account.
