Subject: New Scales of pay of the _____________ under the _____________________ Scheme.
Sir,
ADVERTISEMENTS:
I am directed to inform you that the______________ has recommended in consultation with the Ministry of Education, Union Government,___________, the immediate promulgation of the new scale of pay i.e. _________________________with immediate effect. It has been decided that in case of the private colleges, the Government of India will issue a grant to the extent of 70 % of amount to be paid in excess of what has hitherto been due to the lectures in all the states of India, whereas the balance of 30% has got to be contributed equally by the Private College Managements.
After a long deliberation on the issue, this decision has been unanimously arrived at. Therefore, it is incumbent on all the State Government for furnishes the pertinent date with regard to the teachers working in the private colleges affiliated to the various universities. This is most important, as the money to be disbursed to the lecturers in future has got to be assessed by the Union Ministry of ____________________.
Since long the Government of India has been endeavoring to satisfy the demands of the lectures and now this step has been taken. It is hoped that the necessary steps with regard to the implementation of this scheme will be undertaken by the State Government, without any further loss of time. The change over to the new scales to pay will not in any way affect the finances of the colleges concerned and the pertinent State Governments to many appreciable extent, where as the teaching community is going to be the sole beneficiary out of this ambitious scheme of the new scales of pay in the colleges.
It is desired on the part of the Minister of ______________of all the States to be in touch with the Central Ministry of education so that the scheme may be introduced without any further loss of time. The centre is ready to provide the funds fore this purpose.
