Dear Sir
I am quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting Rs. 15,000/- against electricity consumption, for the last two months at my residence.
ADVERTISEMENTS:
It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity in the last two months, more so because I was out of station with my family for twenty days and the house was locked.
There seems a mistake in noting down the initial reading of the last month; it is mentioned 10583 instead of 11583 which was the final reading of the month preceding last month, as such, there is a mistake of 1000 units in the bill.
Please rectify this mistake so that I can pay the actual amount. Thanking you in anticipation,
