To keep our health well, we should obey the laws of hygiene. Food, exercise, rest and sleep, regular habits, neatness and cleanliness, air and light, punctuality and peace of mind are the primary conditions for good health. Hence, we should eat healthy food and balance diet. Everyday we should take exercise in morning and evening. We should be regular in all our daily duties. We should be neat and clean. We should let fresh air and light into our houses. We should be punctual in all our daily duties. Peace of mind is another condition for good health. So, we should not worry over small things of life. Labor must be followed by rest. There is an old saying-
