” Let each man think himself an ac of God. His mind a though, his life a breath of God. – Philip James Bailey
These lines describe that amongst the vast “fauna and flora‘, ‘animalae and plantae’ created by the supreme power of the universe, the only one who endowed with gift of gab, the power of laughter, to make enormous development an innovation, is MAN.
After creating earth, sun, water, air, non; Good has created “Manu and Satyarupga” and “Adam and Eve” to use these, according to Hindu and Christian mythology, respectively.

God has gifted certain limited powers to men. It would be impossible for the men to continue living in this world if each man know exactly what fate and in store for him. So, God in his mercy conceals the future from all his creatures, and reveals only the present. “He hides from the animals what men know, and He hides from men what the angles know.” For example, if a lamb as has reason like a man, it could not gambol happily, knowing it was destined to be killed for human food. But, being quite ignorant of its fate, it is happy to the last minute of its short life contentedly grazing in the flowery meadow, and even in its innocence licks the hand of the butcher who about to slaughter it. What a blessing it is that men are ignorant of the future God, to whom the death of a sparrow is of equal importance with he death of a hero, has in His mercy thus limited men’s knowledge, so that men might fulfill their duty in the sphere to which He has appointed them!.
Gandhiji believed that human beings have no strength or power apart from God and they should make complete surrender to Him for happiness, peace and fulfillment in their lives. “Men are”, he declared, “but straws in the hands of God. He pleases. Men cannot oppose His wish.” Nothing, therefore, happens in this would except by His will and grace. Men have, therefore, to dedicate themselves in a spirit of self-surrender to God. “One has”, he further stated, “therefore, to appear before Him in all meekness, empty-handed and in a sprit of full surrender, and He enables men to stand before the whole world and protects them from all harms”.
Gandhiji said that if we throw ourselves into His lap as our only help, we would come out scathe less through every ordeal. If we find at times our life to be intolerable, we must believe that since nothing happened without His permission, God would be testing us and we should ask for His mercy and He would soothe us and forgive us provided we have full faith in Him. Likewise, our achievements are also not ours. We cannot say “I have won” because God alone triumphs in us. In a moment of introspection, a poet asks himself : O fool, renounce all vanities and throw yourself on the grace of God alone. This means that we should give up our attachments to the worldly things and dedicate ourselves to God and recite His name and His praise. That would certainly help us to shun our vices like lust, greed and falsehood.
God has created man in such a way that all human actions have one or more of these seven causes : chance, nature, compulsions, habit, reason, passion and desire. These causes are key factors in the success as virtue of man is perhaps curiosity. many are the troubles of mankind. It is said that when man meets his mate, society begins. Every man, by nature, is a consumer and ought to be a producer. He requires to improve the condition of his first and foremost mate who is woman because for the development of any society, the status of woman is a key factor determining progress. Incidents like dowry deaths, eve-teasing and molestation of women are symptomatic of a larger malaise where women are not given their due position in society. Second thing which are the pillars of the society is the pillars of truth and the pillars of freedom.

At the stage of enormous success, man has to overcome some of his changing attitudes like abrasiveness, alienation, adulteration, callousness, maliciousness etc., otherwise it will be proved very elegiac for human being. Man has infected the atmosphere with all these attitudes. It is clear from the increasing molestation and rape cases in the daily news recently MMS case of Delhi Public School and death sentence of Dhanajay Chatterjee of Kolkata. He has to preclude the universe from its destruction by refraining from all these ailments. Leaders come and go, governments rise and fall, only the man endure; only the men are eternal. The man and the man alone is the motive force in the making of world history. Thus, man has to consider the matters which are very essential for the perpetual stay of the mankind because ignorance and inconsideration are the two great causes of the ruin of mankind. But men nowadays naturally hate on another. They employ lust as far as possible in the service of the public weal. But this is only a pretence and false image of love; for at bottom it is only hate.
Thus, man is the best creation of God and God has incarnated on the earth in the form of man. Man should accolade God for his creation on the earth. We should commemorate God in any form of religion for His mercy on all human beings. Man has reached up to moon today and has achieved mind-boggling success in the field of computerization and information technology. Man has developed himself in this era except control over the death. Hitherto man has made manifold incredible metamorphoses since his arrival on the earth. There in so ambiguity in this that one day this species of man will reach up to the highest developed standard, overcoming all knotty setbacks.
In the end, the epitome is that MAN is the best creation of God and he should always make good efforts to save its existence on the earth. Paradoxically, we can say that problems are only opportunities in work clothes and the man should not afraid of this to fight against the setbacks of the life.
