Well, it’s a top secret. Perhaps because the core developers of Joomla have never disclose much about the Secret Word found in the Global Configuration – > System setting of a typical Joomla website. The secret word in Joomla is nothing but a unique auto-generated code for every Joomla installation and is used for security functions.

To view the secret word of your Joomla website just follow the below given steps:-

Log in to the admin panel of Joomla backend. (www.yoursite.com/administrator).

Go to Site -> Global Configuration.

Now click on the System tab.

Under the System Settings framed box the secret work will appear.
