Sometimes we accidentally removed some of the Joomla’s core plugin like loadmodule plugin and ultimately kill our site. In this article we will learn how to restore a deleted plugin. Just follow the below given steps. We will take loadmodule plugin as an example.

To restore the loadmodule plugin go to Joomla/plugins/content

And Upload the “loadmodule.php” and “loadmodule.xml” via FTP or anything suitable for you i.e. cPanel’s File Manager also works great.

Now logged in to your Joomla’s Administrator Panel (i.e. oursite.com/administrator)

Now go to “Extension” – Plugin Manager to make sure its restored or not ?
