Unemployment is a waste of manpower. Socio-economic consequences of unemployment are very dangerous. The causes of unemployment are many. The government has been giving great importance to check this problem through various plans and schemes. Little success ahs been achieved. Effectible steps should be undertaken to solve this problem.
