Those who want to climb the success ladder have to learn to be sociable. No two personalities are alike and it pays to be agreeable while nursing the congenial spirit to agree to disagree. Diversity is the hallmark of life and when one disagrees with you, it only shows that one is a man of integrity and concoctions. Just as you have every right to hold on your viewpoints, you must concede that the other person has his right, too.
And only those who can appreciate the viewpoints of other person can cultivate the vital asset of getting on with people. Remember sociability is a vital component in the leadership process. At the interview one gets an opportunity to express one’s frank views on a given topic; it does not matter even if one’s view do no necessarily tally with those of the questioner.
