As I informed you verbally that my eldest son has been transferred here and he would need separate accommodation, so I am constrained to ask you to vacate the house occupied by you.

As per clause 7 of the mutual rent deed, I need to give you one month’s notice to vacate the house. This letter is being written in compliance to the clause 7 of the rent deed.

Please vacate the house at the earliest but not later than one month from the date of receipt of this notice.
