Dear Name,
It is since long that I have no’t heard any thing from you. I hope you are enjoying the best of your health and carrying on your job well.
I am directing my son Pushpendra to you. He has passed his B. Sc. (Biology) this year. I need your advice regarding his future career. My business is going on pretty well and he could easily be absorbed in it. But I don’t want to impose my wish or choice upon him, particularly in this matter of future career.
In order to make your task easier I may let you know that his preference is to do his post-graduation in Botany. Another friend of mine had suggested to me that it would be better for Pushpendra to go ill for some medical degree because (doctors not only have a lucrative business these days, but also they have a wide field for serving humanity. With these two alternatives before me I could not give a final word of advice.
ADVERTISEMENTS:
Would you mind the trouble of giving your valuable advice in this connection? Kindly question Pushpendra about other preferences as well as his aptitude. You being a specialist in this branch and having gathered a lot of experience about you, I think you are the fittest person to guide Pushpendra regarding his future career.
Rest is all fine. With love to children.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Name,
Your letter to hand. It was indeed very kind of you to seek my advice regarding your son’s future career. Pushpendra came to me last Friday. I was happy to find him grown into a fine boy. I was very much impressed with his approach to life and its problems. Well, he throbs with vigour and energy and can fit well in any profession.
ADVERTISEMENTS:
From my discussion with him I gathered that he is interested in some higher executive job. So, it would be proper for you to let him go in for Post-graduate degree, which will amply help him in preparing for higher competitive examinations. From his likes and dislikes, and other personal traits I come to the conclusion that he has an indisputable aptitude for administrative job.
Please let him do his M. Sc. in Botany as he wishes to do. Full and complete education definitely generates self-confidence which in turn shapes up personality. I let Pushpendra know about the suggestion of a friend of yours to send him in the medical line. I found him allergic to it. So please let him have his way by going in for post-graduation. One word of advice that I have for you is that you should start supplying him right from this stage with adequate material relevant to Administrative Services Examinations or other higher competitive examinations. • He must contribute for having good magazines and periodicals which he must start reading from this very stage in order to equip himself fully well to face through competition in competitive examinations later on,
I wish your son bright and excellent success in life and hope to see him having accomplished his aim.
With best wishes and kind regards.
Yours sincerely,
